For me, tantra is a path that teaches us to meet ourselves and one another more fully. It invites us to slow down, become present, and remember that intimacy is created through presence, openness, and genuine connection.

I am here to support you in deepening your connection and moving into a more conscious, alive and authentic way of relating.
My work is rooted in my own lived transformation, as well as Studies and tools from psychology, embodiment, tantra and conscious relationship work that support longlasting and embodied intimacy.
Over the past eight years, I have been on a deep personal transformation journey that has completely changed the way I relate. To myself. To life. And from there… to others. To my friends, my family – and especially to my partner.
Through my own inner work, my heart has opened in ways I never thought possible. It has been both beautiful and challenging – and it has taught me that intimacy is not something we arrive at once, but something we learn to ourselves up again and again.
For the past years, I have been supporting couples on this path of relational transformation. When we begin to see each other as mirrors, as reflections, something beautiful starts to shift. Our relationships become one of the greatest opportunities for growth.
Alongside my work with couples, I facilitate immersions, retreats, and transformational journeys for Women with Tantra from the Heart in Europe and Asia.
